I’ve been going to Mr Clean in Frisco since week 1. It WAS THE BEST place for oil changes & car washes in town. They have obviously changed ownership or management because it pretty much sucks across the board now. They state the oil change is $74. But they upcharge if 1/4 quart more. They charged me $15 more without notifying me. Then the debacle of going for your “free car wash” turned out to cost me $12. Then they called for a “white BMW”. I was there yesterday. Worst car wash ever and I paid for the more expensive one. I had to redo the wash myself when I got home. They didn’t even take the bugs off my car and left the windows dirty. Horrible! You may as well just do the cheapest one and drive through the tunnel. Disgusted 😧
Yesterday I stopped to get my car washed. While I was in the tunnel, they had to stop the car wash due to a malfunction. The Team was super helpful and concerned that folks were ok to sit for a few minutes while we waited our turn to get out of the Tunnel. They got us out quickly, had us re-line up to go through again, comped our wash and actually upgraded the wash. Wanted to give you guys another try as the other "Splash" car washes have been less than acceptable past 2 times. Wonderful experience & great job on our old car! We will be back & spread the word����
Okay I decided to give this place a try because I try to keep my eyes open for alternative car washes more local to my living location. Trademark Plano is definitely the standard, but they're far away from where I live. Anyway, so upon arrival first thing I noticed was their prices are higher than what I'm used to, but decided to move forward. I discovered this place by accident! My car was parked in a designated area assigned to me because there was a company doing construction on my building when a hose burst and sprayed tar all over the back of my car! My fiancé called this place and within 15 minutes we were checked in and ready to go. It was last minute but the manager, Bruce, was absolutely amazing and took me in and made sure it got done by closing time so that I wouldn't be without a ride in the morning!
