Worst service ever. I figured I would give them another go around. They did not disappoint in failing again. Watched 6 cars leave before mine. It took 30 mins to even start my car and had 2 guys on it that one was literally in slow motion and the other was to worried about his phone and one window. Management needs to either clean house or someone needs to clean management and the house. Very pathetic service. Their Supervisor Taylor or whatever his name is, is so unprofessional. I used to take my vehicles there, never again. He treats his employees like crap, he's rude, and he's obnoxious. NEVER AGAIN. Going to Autosplqsh.
Waste of time. My car sat washed, waiting to be dried and vacuumed for 16 minutes. Meanwhile 4 available employees stood near my car smoking and having snacks. Only one employee actively doing his job at the 1 other car under the canopy. Won't be back. If I wanted my car to air dry I would have washed it myself.
Slow to get your car thru cashier and tunnel. Used a lot of masking tape on back wiper. Tunnel didn't clean car well. Higher pressure washer isn't moving side to side. Equipment was dirty.
Great customer care.
Customer service is non-existent...I purchased the full service wash and watch 6 cars get the same treatment as mine who came after I did but left before me, staff seems very unhappy and unwelcoming. I won't be returning.
