I had to wait because of a water issue ---I have a fast pass --- they dried my car inside and skip a beat---great service and 1 girl did this all and worked her butt off!!
Was not impressed with the customer service of lack there of. The greeters were less than helpful - I was looking to spend a little more but they didn't bother to upsell me. You have to drive your own car through the wash and then they don't tell you where to go - no signage. What looked like to be the "manager" on duty was less than pleasant. For a place that has not been open more than a year or two it looked unkept. Disappointed in the service but my car was cleaned fairly well. Unlikely to return anytime soon.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO GET CLEANED!!!! Took my van in, paid $28 for the wash and the machine broke off my rear wiper. Manager claimed he installed the correct one on my vehicle but it's not the right one. While I was waiting in lobby for my van to be cleaned I noticed other wipers that had been broken off of vehicles. I called them several times, spoke to someone named Bruce who stated they would refund my money for both the car was and a factory replacement rear wiper. Slow but they did I good job!! Staff was very professional!! Wish we had one in Forney, hint!!!
Third time here. Third time approaching a one hour wait for a car wash and hand dry. They do an okay job, but the wait time seems excessive.
Customer service is awesome! They do a fantastic job and my son is obsessed with the water gun car shooter!
This place is the GO TO for car wash and detail. These guys are very professional and get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. I have been going here since they opened and in comparison to many other car wash enterprises, Mr. Clean gets the job done right.
