I called Mr Central because my AC unit was not working correctly. The level of service I received was excellent. The tech was on time, kind, professional, and explained everything in a way both me and my girlfriend understood. He was able to fix the issue quickly and get us back up and running.
RecommendedI called Mr Central to service my moms a/c system. During their inspection they found a part for her heater had gone out. So that part was replaced. Their professional technicians are so good. That could have been another service call later in the year. And my mom would have been without heat. Thank you Mr Central for taking care of my mom. I absolutely love the employees here! I called with my problem and they came out that same day. They were completely professional and friendly from the girl on the phone to the guy who came to the house! He had my problem fixed the same day and within an hour of getting the part and they were extremely reasonable!!

Best customer service. I am a forgetful guy and they are the people who remind you. When they show up the service is the best. Buy the yearly service contract it is the real deal. Thank you for taking care of my house.
