Paul Reason was the technician who came to determine why my heat pump fan was improperly working. He called before arriving and arrived within 15 minutes. He was courteous and explained what the problem was. He fixed it quickly and now it works fine. I would recommend him to anyone.
Just had our new ac units installed. Mr Central did a fabulous job. Stayed late to finish the job. Robert the owner was so attentive. Definitely would recommend this company

Mr. Central came out last summer replace our old ac unit. They are the most professional company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. RecommendedI would like for everyone to know that I needed my A/C looked at and I called an A/C specialist. I did get an appointment, but it was for seven days later, so on the day of the appointment I got a call that i had to reschedule, i didn't want to wait another seven days, so I CALLED MR CENTRAL, got the appointment time i was needing and a couple days later MR CENTRAL is here on time and A/C is kicking. Mr. Central replaced our AC unit, replaced a portion of our duct work & sealed the rest of the duct work including our vents & intake. The entire process was fantastic from the initial inspection to the sales contract to the installation/repairs. All 3 times, they showed up on time, were very polite & knowledgeable & kept us well informed. I highly recommend Mr. Central! Thank you guys!

At that time we also installed a tankless gas hot water heater. Annual maintenance check ups kept the system running in top form.
