When I made the appointment last week. I was told that the Technician would arrive between 1 and 3 pm, Jared and his associate arrived just a little after 1pm. Gave me and explanation of what to expect, asked me to show them my current furnace and gas meter. Jared even called the place that I plan to purchase my gas stove from just to make sure of the BTU's it will have, just to make sure that he installed the correct size gas line. Paul, the Mr. Central technician, arrived at the appointment time. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any concerns about my two HVAC units. From there, he proceeded to conduct the annual inspection and cleaning. During the process, Paul was kind enough to explain what he was doing and why the task was being done. When he was finished, he explained what had been done and again asked if there were any question.
