Absolutely the best service at a good price. They fixed my Google Nexus 10 tablet in less than a week, for $160 whereas the 2 fixit shops in Orlando couldn't. One wanted $399 to fix a $400 tablet. The other couldn't find a screen. Cannot say enough about the great service at a reasonable price..... so glad to have my working tablet!
What are your policies. I read that you promise your customer happiness. Can you go into detail. And what if they go over the tune they said they will take to repair your device. Do you all give the customer anything for the inconvenience?
TERRIBLE REPAIR JOB!!! They gave me a faulty cheap screen that broke again after just one drop. They also messed up my LCD screen during repair. They refused to fix it. DO NOT GO HERE. THERE ARE MANY PLACES THAT WILL FIX IT FOR THE SAME PRICE OR SLIGHTLY HIGHER AND NOT DO A CRAPPY HALF-EFFORT JOB!!!
I tried to contact them several times no anwser even facebooked and emailed still no rwply. Veey poor way to run a business so I bought a new phone instead of replacing my note 2 screen. What a joke
They refuse to stand behind their "made up" warranty, defective products, rude staff and their refusal to give the owner's full contact information when requested. Stay far away from this establishment!!

I'm sorry you feel that way sir. Our warranty doesnt cover up to 6 months. It only covers repairs up to 90 day warranty. We have a very professional staff that works here and our customers are very pleased. Mr.Cell is a business, the owners contact information is not released for security reasons. We are registered in the state of florida.
I was in town to see family this week and broke my HP laptop hinge and the fan. Mr. Cell was the only place that was very professional and had great prices for fixing my laptop. They were also able to fix it fast before I had to leave to go back home. Forever thankful for this company!
