I took my husband's Samsung Galaxy S4 in with a completely pulverized screen. I was greeted promptly, given a price and estimated time. Miguel completed the phone before the time I was quoted, and made sure we liked the work before signing off. We had a minor issue with the speaker not working, but he fixed that promptly as well with no extra charge and only a 5 minute wait. This is a company I would be happy to return to with future repairs. Quality work, affordable price, and they take pride in their work as well.
I recently had the screen on my galaxy replaced.... during the process of it getting fixed, my camera lens got glue in it causing a blur effect. I took it back and they ordered me a new camera and replaced it free of charge. I was so pleased I brought in my computer which was running extremely slow and for a low fee they removed some viruses and upgraded it to windows 10. It's running like a brand new computer. Excellent customer service and I'll definitely use them again!
I went over after a few issues happened to my iPhone. The young man, Miguel, was very polite and friendly and was great. He explained everything simply and clearly enough for me and fixed everything up! My phone is working great now, after he took the time to help me! highly suggest heading there for help
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THESE PEOPLE!! I took my two day old Samsung S5 because I dropped it and the screen cracked and I got it back worse that it was. The screen they put on it was aftermarket and it didn't fit, the home button was destroyed by the tech that had no idea what he was doing and there was glue oozing out of the phone. When I complained the day I got it back the tech kept saying that the screen was heavy duty and that's why the home button was hard to press.
