RecommendedBeen coming to this island for 30 years and for the last 10 we have made it a point to get to Mr. Bones. You need to do the same. Funky atmosphere, friendly service, and fair prices. See ya next year !
We had wings and pulled chicken platter. Everything tasted great! Hot BBQ sauce has the right heat that settles in the more you eat it. Cute and quaint joint that reminds you of New Orleans. The fried rice that comes with the meal is so good!! We will come back when in town.
We thought the ribs were very dry and lacked moistness. The side of rice was cold and the vegetables tasted like they were frozen. The coleslaw was overly sweet. Our waitress was friendly but that was all that was memorable about the evening. Probably would not go again.

Great food, lots of choices from BBQ ribs to Shrimp Grits and Bacon.
The meat was s little fatty. The chicken and rice dish was just ok but since you can't ask for condiments, the broiled chicken was dry.
