I'm still waiting fir a lrefund for an item that was irdered for me. The wrong part was ordered and there was a $190 difference. I called twice and was told they would look into it and call me back, but they did not call back. The teck took care of it on the invoice, but still no refund. Low rating b/c of the brush-off.
Still have a burner that is not working, they have not honored the $100 refund that was agreed on. The original date of service was February 3, now April 30th, no refund.. Now they refuse to return my phone calls. and yes I did give them opportunity to make it right.. I took off work and they were a no show..
