Let me begin that I do not typically leave reviews. But my experience w/ Mr. Appliance has been so bad that I simply can't avoid warning others. Have used Mr. Appliance on several occasions. They have always been honest and fair. A couple of times they have recommended replacement instead of repairing (which have made them more money!)

Extremely knowledgeable. Fast, Fair, Friendly. They will even give you tips on areas where you might have a future problem and tell you how to solve the problem before it becomes a problem.
They were freakin' awesome! Came out to help us clean the dryer vent and gave us so much advice to help figure out which appliances needed help and which would be fine...super supportive...I love this company!
