The technician need more training, I think there is a lack of expertise. He was very polite, but I don’t think he knew how to fix this oven. He had to come 5 times to fix it, even with the help of his boss, and they had a hard time. He boke the tinny lights on the knobs, and couldn’t put it back/fix it. I spent more than $500 in parts and service, and I’m very disappointed with the quality of the service and parts. Less than a year and a half later and again the same problem with my oven.
