My wine cellar temp control failed. I called wine enthusiast and they gave names of 3 entities in San Antonio. I selected Appliance because my telephone conversation with Francis was to the point. We agreed on their tech to come and give me a diagnosis. The tech (Jeff, a very knowledgeable guy and very good person!) come and evaluated my cellar, called the maker company, and after about 1 hr he explained to me the problem, cause and solution(s). Mr. Appliance can out to my home and repaired my refrigerator today. I received a text and phone call to let me know their ETA. my technician Gabe met me at the door with shoe covers and a matt. WOW....who does that? it showed me that they will take extra care in keeping my home nice and neat. Gabe identified the issue and had it fixed in about 30 min. What a PROFESSIONAL guy and company! Highly recommend them for appliance repair. Great job!
