I was very impressed with the care I received at my first visit to this office. I came in as an "emergency" patient, having never spoken with the office before. The dentist and staff were personable, quick and effective. I made an appointment for a cleaning right after the procedure and plan on continuing to return in the future.
Emergency Care I was in a great deal of pain with a problem tooth that had become abscessed and was infected. I went in without an appointment and was taken back immediately. Everyone was very kind and understanding and the Dentist was gentle with my exam. I was given the needed prescriptions and have a follow up appointment for the same week. Efficient and Friendly The staff at Railroad Dental always greets you with a smile and knows your name. You never have to wait long to be seen and they will even let you know when they have cancellations so you can come in earlier. I'm always pleased with their capable dentists, hygienists and the rest of the staff. All in all, they make a visit to the Dentist actually pleasant.

my only complaint is I scheduled an appointment to come back for a consultation with a second dentist due to old fillings. Why couldn't the dentist I saw give me her opinion. I will cancel the consult appointment not necessary
Jamie is an incredible dental hygienist. She is friendly, cheerful, and meticulous. This office does a wonderful job making you feel comfortable each visit.
There's a reason I keep coming back: I first went to Railroad Dentistry a couple of years ago, and I came back a few months ago because I had a great experience the first time around. Everyone there's a lovely person. And despite the fact that I still get a little nervous going to the doc or dentist's office, by the time I get there I'm relaxed.
