I have been going to Railroad Dental for a few years and they seem to have good dentists and hygienist. The one item I believe they could work on is providing same day service for minor items that come up during an exam. Most dentist I have had in the past were good about fixing small things like a simple filling or a repair to an existing filling during the one checkup visit. I am a new patient who just attended Railroad Dental for the first time. When I called to schedule my appointment, the phone was answered promptly and the receptionist was friendly. Already, they had outdone almost every doctor's office I've ever called. They were able to get me in for an appointment the very next week - again, a milestone in my experience with healthcare providers, particularly dentists. I used to hate going to the dentist, but at Railroad Dental Associates, I have almost let go of my anxiety. The technicians, especially Jamie, are so compassionate and always make certain that I am doing OK when I'm there. Dr. Batista is wonderful and made my past root canal painless! I would recommend Railroad Dental Associates to anyone looking for a new dental office.

I truly loved my hygienist Anna. She was fabulous and so friendly and took her time with me and was very thorough. She made you feel like a friend and not a patient. Dr Theo was great too.
I have never liked in fact I hated going to the dentist but they have made it much easier!!!!!

everyone is very friendly and professional and my hygenist is the best
So I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple of years and they didn't condemn me for it. They were so kind and informative that I was overwhelmed. Best place ever!!
