I just love coming to the dentist. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable . The doctors are professional and caring. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.
I started going to this office because they offered sedation dentistry which I was sure I would need do to my anxiety of going to the dentist. Have been going here for years now and have NEVER had to request anything to help me through the appointment. This office is absolutely wonderful. The most caring and professional people you would want to meet. Just to name a couple......awesome hygienist.....Anna, amazing front office staff......Susan. Cannot say enough good things about them!!!!

I've been with RDA for a year now. I must say, I'm happy to have found a dental practice that is both professional and caring. The receptionist is always pleasant, and the waiting area is cozy, but not cramped, and is clean. The staff is pleasant, and I actually enjoy the short muffled conversations I have while having my teeth cleaned :-)
Super easy to schedule. Accepts TriCare insurance. Reasonable rates and wonderful staff!
I just recently had fillings and two wisdom teeth pulled. Talk about uncomfortable...but Railroad Dentistry made me feel the complete opposite. They catered to my every need and really helped me relax. They treat their patients like family which is really important in a dental situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! This is by far the best dentist that I've ever been to. They even do follow up calls just to make sure you are okay after your dental appointments-- what an amazing company :)

They went over-and-above the call-of-duty. Great support staff and very attentive to your unique health situation, and any apprehension(s). The do a great job!
