RecommendedMozaic is a amazing place to call home. The apartments are extremely spacious with great views. The palm trees & waterfall makes the building feel as if you're at your favorite vacation getaway. Its a wonderful neighborhood that you can take walks/jogs through. You're centrally located from great restaurants, parks, bars and the overall DTLA experience. Très propre Sécurise Calme Reposant
I've been here 5 years and now feel unsafe! I had somebody try and break into my apartment on the first floor. The window was broken. Then tonight ij had my new car broken into and the window smashed. My car was parked in a secure location in the parking garage. I'm extremely disappointed in the security of this complex especially in how much rent costs! Something needs to be done!! Apparently nothing is done to help secure the building, it just keeps getting worse!

Mozaic at Union Station is the best place to live in Downtown Los Angeles. I resided there for 6 years, and just loved it. For ammenities, Its location is from a walking distance from Placita Olvera, China Town, Little Tokyo, train station,Metrolink and Dodgers Stadium.
The leasing agents were phenomenal with getting us the right unit and at the right price. I've also never lived in an apartment where maintenance requests and general concerns were handled so quickly. The night we moved in, we had 2 lightbulbs out and some random issues with paint chipped off of certain appliances. We submitted a maintenance request at 1:30am, and at 9:30am someone was knocking on the door to fix it. I love how proactive all the staff are. The amenities are also fantastic.
