My dermatologist sent me to Dr Fincher due to a suspected scalp cancer. Dr Fincher saw me very quickly, did the surgery and I was able to be home for the Christmas holiday.
Saw Dr. Chipps last week. Great appointment. She has a warn friendly personality. She was a referral and I would absolutely refer her to a friend or family member.
Everyone was very kind and went out of their way to make me comfortable. Dr. Moy has a very pleasing personality and made me feel I was in the hands of a professional and highly skilled Dr.
Dr Chipps and her staff are best team in the Southbay. Everyone is professional, courteous and thorough. It all starts at the top with Dr Chipps who sets the bar very high for excellence.
Patient staff. Clients are well prepared. Thorough and organized
Dr. Chipps is wonderful. Office staff and nurses are terrific. The Billing department, however, leaves a lot to be desired. I'm still waiting on resolution of a bill that wasn't coded properly, resulting in insurance denying it and then they billed my FSA card for the $1300 balance. Ugh.
Very friendly a professional. I felt they were very thorough, and took time to answer my questions.
