First off, Mishelle is LOCAL. She knows Austin better than any one I've met, and provides you options that include local brokers, inspectors, pest control, roofers, contractors, etc. etc. etc. SECOND Mishelle has worked with many local freelancers who typically jump through hoops and hurtles to get approved for a home loan.
