On June 5th Mike F came and performed the initial service. I had a lot of questions and he was happy to explain and answer them. He was very open and helped relieve some of my concerns. He spent a lot of time explaining the whole process and what was covered. He did a very good job of applying the chemicals and removing the webs around the house.
richie and chris came out to my home today. they were both polite and did and excellent job.
We had Chris and Ritchie here to deal with a few problems yesterday, and I was quite pleased with both of their professionalism, as well as their friendliness. I truly appreciated their simplistic explanation of what the problem was, what they did to fix it, the fact they will be back for a follow-up, as well as "fixes" to prevent future infestations!
