Sales person Josh lied to my wife and said to try them out and we got locked into a shady contract with a dishonest company for a year now and we still have bugs, their service did Nothing thanks for ripping us off Josh and Richie.
Robert came from Moxie to do the quarterly service on my house today and he was so helpful. He not only did the regular service, he put down some slug bait in the mulch to keep the slugs off my porch and away from the stray cat food. He also gave me a recipe for a solution that keeps slugs away that is cheaper than the rock salt that I'm currently using. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Five stars for him!
Mike came today for an in-between treatment for spiders & Silverfish. This has been the best pest control company we have used because they always ask questions to find out exactly what type of issue we are having then treat that issue where we see the problem, not putting chemicals in our entire house. Mike, as with every Moxie tech who has come to the house, was courteous and pleasant. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality pest control for a decent price.
This company floods communities with a team of young attractive good looking HIGH PRESSURE SALES people in their khaki shorts & white knit shirts for door to door solicitation. Like similar magazine, vacuum cleaner & insurance sales tactics of years gone by, they sell over-priced long term contracts for something most people don't need simply with their personality. Brent came out for my first annual visit, great guy worked very hard, didn't cut any corners and was genuinely interested in what i had to say. They have been very polite and accommodating since day 1, although i am a new customer (going on my second month) to moxie i have been very impressed with the service and the people. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a quality pest-control solution.
Mike came by today and was very informative as well as was willing to help with a few questions that I had today. He did a great job and thorough!
Chris came out, listened to my concerns, and did a straightforward and professional job handling it. I appreciated his care with regard to my concerns about safety for the kids. He also closed the gate after going into the backyard, which I appreciated since we have a dog and I don't always remember to check after service people have been here (and in the past it's led to the dog getting out!). Great job.
As always, Moxie was very courteous and professional. Chris T did a great job of tackling all of the problem areas I noted, and seemed very knowledgeable!
