Mike came out to the house today and was very informative and professional. Explained the process to me letting me know each step. Great Job!!!!

Jack came out for my monthly service today. He was extremely professional and courteous. I'm very pleased with Moxie and I highly recommend them.
Jack came out on Saturday and did the 3-month treatment outside and inside. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Moxie is great, they show up on time, and call ahead to ask if there are any problems that need treating. Never had any issues with them! Thanks so much, Moxie!
Mike came out to our haouse today for a follow visit and was very thorough, polite and courteous. He answered all the questions that we had, We would like to have Mike come back and do all of our visits from now on.

Jake arrived for a service call to treat an ant problem. He took care of the ants to my satisfaction and in my opinion went above beyond to make sure he treated every area (inside and out) to make sure every possible entry point was treated. He was very good about explaining the treatments and how they should solve the problem. After 3 visits from Moxie in about a month, Jake has hands down been our best technician so far!!!
Matt F arrived for a service call to treat an ant problem. He took care of the ants to my satisfaction and took extra time to discuss spiders and snakes with me and my husband as well. As he was de-webbing around the house, he took care of some bee's nests and sprayed for bees behind a light fixture. He also took time to treat our property for J beetles. We were very happy with his (and Moxie's) service. They are very accommodating and arrive when they say they will!
Sadly it is true they are high pressure in their sales. The boys are good kids but their boss Phillip Neilsen tells them to mislead, over-price, and get people "locked in" on contract before they can cancel. This company ripped us off on price were never told about it being a contract or a $150 FEE for cancelling early. they also said they sprayed my home with 2 gallons of treatment and I saw their sprayer's liquid level and their was no way they used more than 1/2 a gallon on my home which is an EPA violation of falsifying ... read more
