Superb service and excellent food! I'll definitely be coming back!
Food and service all fantastic. The only downside was that we would have liked to have been seated upstairs in a booth but they were having a private event. So we had a table downstairs. For a Wednesday night they were quite busy. I am not sure what it is normally like on weekdays. But, everything was excellent. I had the Rainbow Trout which was so amazing. I highly recommend dining here.
Happy hour was great and so was the food. Great place to meet friends..
It's different! But if your looking for something different thos ia the place to go. Not your same ol same ol. Excellent food though but it can get very busy!
Moxie consistently serves good food and drinks. I have had a few friends come into town lately and I take them to Moxie every time. No one has disliked a thing. Keep up the good work!
Very cool very large bar and restaurant, creative menu, everything I have eaten there has been delicious but I go for the bar, great collection of wine and sprits, savvy servers who can talk to you about what they're serving, start with an old fashioned. :)
So I have reviewed Moxie multiple times by changing my reviews. I don't give away stars, and I had rightfully criticized the restaurant after my last visit downgrading it to 2 stars after several mediocre to barely mediocre visits. Well, let me tell you that they are clearly trying to improve. As of tonight, they are 4 stars in my book. On my scale, 4 stars is a very good restaurant with potential of being great. This is a hidden gem of a restaurant with traditional food with a twist, and an intriguing selection of craft cocktails. The box like industrial looking building is tucked back to JTB, behind the Verizon building. Fortunately there was a sign at the light or we may have missed the place.
