Very quick and professional work by Tony M. Since I was unavailable due to a virtual meeting, he inspected and cleaned the HVAC and fire place, cleaned the areas he worked in. He left and secured the house while I was still unavailable, leaving the invoice with clear documentation for my records.

I made an appointment to fix the hose faucet. The tech came and told me what was wrong and then stated that he would not fix the leaky faucet at that time because he was too busy. Not my usual from Mowery where I usually feel valued. Still enough to rethink my relationship.

The technician did a great job explaining all that he had done and that our furnace and heat pump were functioning as expected. Very detailed and helpful information. Kirk did a great job and did it efficiently. Would recommend Mowery for service.
