Kirk was very thorough and he explained everything he checked on my heat pump. I have been with Mowery for years and have their maintenance plans. I value their service and professionalism.

Kirk Wright came out last week to check out our iComfort thermostat that had gone dead, he was very nice and explained what he was doing as he was checking things out ( I have a tendency ask a lot of questions ), unfortunately we needed a new thermostat but he checked on our warranty and let us know we were covered and what labor would be and approximately when we might get it done. Once again we had excellent service from Mowery. I called in the morning and Kirk A. Wright was at our home early afternoon to address our needs. Kirk was pleasant, demonstrated an excellent level of HVAC knowledge, and provided superior work. He asked many questions to address the needed repairs. He was very professional, wore a mask the entire time, and did not leave until he had addressed all of our concerns. We are requesting that Kirk return as the technician to complete our next service! Had a backed up plumbing issue with our drain. Tylor was very customer first and took pride in what he was doing. He asked through questions to ensure he was getting the job right and didn't leave until I was satisfied. He also had great things to say about his employer Mowery which is a great sign. If you take care of your employees the employees will take care of you. keep up the great work Tylor.
