I had the pleasure of having Jerick from Chapman hvac come repair a wire install per inspection report to sell our home. Jerick was very kind and took no time at all the fix the concern and send a full report of the process complete with videos and pictures of before and after the repairs. Chapman got him out to us in one day after requesting a quote. Very pleased with Chapman and Jerick! Thank you! Highly recommend for your hvac needs!
Had really good results with the first call and joined their annual service club. Requested a drainage estimate. They sent two people out. No estimate. I call back, they say they need to send them back out. Set two appointments over two days, no show, no call each time. Poorest customer service I have seen in a while and that is saying something. They lost me as a customer, even after I paid their special annual fee.
