DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! John was rough around the edges but seemed okay at first. Took our weed whacker to diagnose the ENGINE problem. Was told it was not covered by warranty. Fine, we'll take it up with Ryobi. Then he gave us our weed whacker back with an older head and when my husband told him. He accused us of lying and acted like we were trying to pull one on him.
