MowCow's lawn service is not a good product and their customer service is horribly non-existent. Their weekly mowing service is never done completely, leaving uncut spots everywhere. They try to do a whole lawn in 10 minutes or less. We track and record it. They have little care for their customers' yards. This is the second season using Mow Cow and we unfortunately had to cancel our service. They failed to show up for 6 weeks in a row and prior to that they didn't start our service for the first 2 weeks. We also requested quotes to do hardscaping and mulching and we were never sent a quote. We reached out to the company 6+ times requesting service and we were never taken care of or was a response given. Never did we feel like a customer.

They are a great company to work with and vary clean. When they are done you wouldn’t even know they were here. Vary friendly staff and willing to work with you. If you have a different service compare them to yours. If not give them a call and try them.

We use Moscow for our landscaping and lawn care needs. Weekly mowing is reliable. Our landscaping and mulching projects always exceeds my expectations in terms of results. Staff members listen and are friendly. Customer service is easily reachable. Prices are competitive. I recommend this business.

We hired them to remove the fall leaves from our lawn on a certain date. They failed to show up when it was agreed they would come and simply came whenever it suited them and against our will. When they failed to show up when agreed, we had communicated by email we did not want their services any longer and argued they failed to read it and just sent their crew in any case. I paid for the service on August 25 2016. I was advised the job will be done on Monday August 29th. I am still waiting and contacted the company if they have any ETA but i was told will call back in 15 minutes and never happened. I am a first time customer.
