Highly recommend Move StrongFitness Factory! The trainers are very welcoming, supportive and really care about your overall health. They have great facilities for children and have held my babe many times so I can continue my workout. Sammi has a lot of knowledge on pre/post pregnancy and exercise. Sammi and her trainers are passionate about sharing their extensive knowledge and making sure each workout is fun, challenging and ensures everyone is completing exercises accurately. Everyone is always welcomed and supported to achieve whatever their goal is.
Sammi and all the trainers at MSFF are compassionate, knowledgeable and always willing to help achieve your unique personal goals. Walking into a gym can be intimidating but walking into move Strong feels like a second home. Sammi is forever further educating herself which exhibits how passionate she is in what she does.
