James was wonderful to work with. He listened to what we wanted and patiently showed us many options. He provided input for our consideration but never applied pressure on us to make an offer. James is emotionally intelligent and stays calm under pressure. That said, when it is appropriate to be assertive, he does that too. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

James Bunn was very helpful through out the whole buying process for my father. He found a realtor to list my father's house in South Carolina.
