A one star review was the only way I had the option of writing a review. I was completely lied to when I purchased my new systems. Several times I have tried to get accurate information about their billing practices without success. Today I was advised that I would be paying more then double the amount that the salesman had advised. Be careful with their paperwork and all of their false promises.

I will never call them again. The person that took my call was very nice and professional. I called at 11am. She said that they would definitely be out that day. I called again at 4pm since I had not heard from them and this lady looked it up and assured me that they would get to me. (Notice that I called them not them letting me know). I stayed up past midnight and no show and no call. As I write this review the next morning late, I still have not heard from them. I did not want to even give this company a star but had to so I could write my review. Called on Thursday as we were having an issue with our HVAC system. The woman I spoke to stated that there was an opening for that evening and she would call me between 5 and 5:30 PM to give us the tech's ETA. At 5:50 PM she called and Informed me that the tech Mike would arrive in about 2hrs. Fast forward to 11:30 PM and no tech I went to bed.
