Had them come out to fix a leak at the kitchen sink and a toilet leaking at the base. Sink still leaks and the toilet is loose and leaks worse than it did before their repairs. I will be calling them and expect them to come out again to fix the leaks at their expense.

My wife and I have been using RG Service Experts for 12+ years for all of furnace / AC needs, they offer regular service program AC in the spring and furnace in the fall for one flat rate. Just this past week I had a plumbing problem in my bathroom I wasn't initially aware that they had a plumbing service team but after calling one of their competitors and getting their weekend call rate and the hourly rate on top of that AND having the on-call tech tell me that since it wasn't a emergency I should wait until Monday when bot... read more

The service tech was great. Came in, pointed out that the problem was more than what I had thought and recommended we replace our water heater. No problem. The only comment I will make and this is not a complaint, is for the sake of improving on customer service, don't wait an hour after the appointment time window to call checking that we are home and informing us that a service tech is available and will be sent.
