The place has really gone south. First Dr. Gilbert leaves. He was awesome with my autistic son. Same with Mrs.Christi who come to find out was let go as well. Now there's bell left who my kids are terrified of and some new people we don't even know and just end up seeing at your appointment. It's really sad to see a lot of the office staff gone as well especially the lady who sat at the front desk. She along with other have been there since I was a patient there myself. Without Dr. Gilbert, this practice has taken a turn for the worse. Where they once worked with families in understanding that the vaccine schedule is not one size fits all and that different children have different needs, they now demand all follow the exact CDC schedule taking the choice away from parents! sad day! We have been with the practice for 7 years... no more.
Love this place. All the doctors are great, but we primarily see Dr. Gilbert. He came to the hospital when Michael was born to meet him, he's so personable and easy to talk to.
We absolutely LOVE Dr.Gilbert and his staff!! So happy to have found such an awesome pediatrician!!
