Recommendedwe have been going to mountain view pediatric since Ryker was 2 months old. we love the staff and how quickly they try to get things taken care of. I'm now pregnant with baby number two and they will also be using mountain view pediatric!!
I have 6 Grandchildren ages 1-16 who are Very Blessed to be Patients of Dr. Terry Bell at Mountainview Pediatrics. We have always experienced excellent professional care. Parents have no say so in what enters their children's bodies. It's all over the Google reviews too. They FORCE shots using the excuse that it is "CDC Recommended". I have done my research and I KNOW the "recommended" guidelines for vaccines. When a parent says NO, that means NO!

Whatever you do do not use Mountain View pediatrics. I called to see when My sons next appointment was just to have the condescending rude lady in the office tell me that it was yesterday. She decided to take it upon herself to tell me it was not her responsibility to tell the mother when her child appointments are.Which is funny to me because My sons last appointment that was scheduled was for 6/23 and I had asked to have in in July due to him already getting shots a few weeks earlier. Called today to schedule an appt for my son to have a sports physical. We’ve been going here for years, but since we haven’t been recently because my son hasn’t been sick, I was told rudely that he wasn’t considered a patient and they aren’t taking new patients. Very disappointed!!!
Since Dr. Gilbert left. Worst service ever. Took my kids for 13 years. Dont take your kids here. Worst costumer service ever.
I ❤ how the parents dont matter . I mean OBVIOUSLY we do but Dr. bell has ALWAYS talked to my son about his issues . He may have asked me a question if my son wasn't able to communicate what was wrong but for the most part he talked to his patient. I love that because it makes my son feel like he is IMPORTANT!!! When I had my son he initially was at longstreet and I felt like it was herding cows in there.
