Worst place ever now!! Since Dr Gilbert left! Dismissed me and all of my siblings because my mom asked not to have to see Dr. Bell!! Set us up with 2 weeks worth of prescriptions that I have to take everyday and then sent a letter in the mail saying we have been dismissed immediately! Poor poor customer service and bedside manner!!! Hopefully Dr. Fitzpatrick will find a different place, he’s a wonderful doctor and needs to be in a wonderful doctors office

Have been using this practice for 15 years seeing Dr Gilbert for the most part (until he moved) and tried Dr. Bell a few times. My children got demised from the practice because I asked not to have to see Dr. Bell because we have a difference in opinions!! Because of this blindsided dismissal they have left my children without medication that they require until I find a new doctor!! This practice should be ashamed of their self!!

My children were dismissed from Dr. Bells practice due to changes in his vaccination friendly policy over the summer. Dr. Bell saw my children for 1 year knowing from the beginning we did not vaccinate. After seeing my daughter for a wellness checkup this past summer, he sent a letter (without ever speaking to me or giving me a warning) about how he will no longer see patients that are non-vaccinating.

Most of their staff is not here anymore, and the ones that replaced them are incredibly rude. Long wait times, dirty office, crappy staff. Would not recommend anyone take their child here.

I was given a dismissal letter due to my choice of delayed vaccinations. No one ever talked to me or explained the changes. They just kicked us out. Dr. Gilbert and Mrs Kristi are truly treasures so we tried to hang in there after he left. Now, the staff is completely different. No one seems happy and the only Doctor I am familiar with is Dr. Bell- who does not make me comfortable. This practice has lost a rare gem -a doctor who values patients and respects parents. Since Dr. Gilbert moved to Alaska, everything about the practice has completely changed. In the worst ways. I was willing to stay until their new policies pushed Christi out. That was the last straw for me. We have been treated so poorly by this office staff since Dr. Gilbert left. So sad to see my children treated like a number and not the prize possessions they are. Another pediatrition for the government NOT the children. Wouldn’t take a cat here anymore.

I came with my baby and I see all this new changes. (OH WOW NICE) BUT THE STAFF NOT NICE AT ALL!! NEW FACES AND NEW DOCTORS! HUMM I DIDN'T GET MY NOTICE AT ANY TIME AND I CHECK MY MAIL OKAY!!! So dont came with this excuses. Staff NOT FRIENDLY NOR KIND. NO MORE DR. GILBERT NOR MS. CRISTY��� Changing my kids!
