Gene has no customer service skills...this place is a joke and went down after Dr Gilbert and Christy left!
Dr Gilbert was the best. When he left, this practice changed - not for the better. The staff (the ones who weren’t fired or didn’t walk out) are rude. They no longer respect a parents’ right to choose whether to vaccinate, or even do it on a delayed schedule as many like to do. This is a parents’ right not the doctors. I’m happy to say that my unvaccinated children rarely need a doctor for anything but it is very disappointing to know that they are no longer welcome at Mountain View Pediatrics where they’ve been patients for... read more

My children have been with this Office since they were born, almost 5 years ago. We saw Dr. Gilbert and Ms. Christi, they both relocated and they have new doctors that are awful. It took the referral lady an entire week to refer my son to a specialist with an urgent matter and the specialist had requested to see him immediately. We had to call every single day to get this taken care of. We have had numerous other problems in the last 5 years but this was the straw that broke the camels back.... I took my son here for several check ups and absolutely adored Dr Gilbert and Christy, but now that they’re both gone and the office is no longer vaccine friendly, we will not be returning. I loved that Dr Gilbert and Christy we’re both very respectful of the parent’s decision on when and what vaccines they wanted their children to have. My son has received vaccines, but we like to space them out. Now that the office policies have changed, we’ve been told to find somewhere else to go. No problem. This place used to be awesome until Dr. Gilbert left. Dr. Bell has ruined the practice. We will not be returning.
extremely rude staff that is very judgemental and very poor communication skills all the way around! My siblings and myself were patients here growing up and they WERE great so I assumed they would be for my daughter as well. but choosing this pediatrician was the worst medical decision I've made for my family.
