I was admitted from the ER for possible TIA's. The actual hospital floor staff was ok. however, I do not like what happened after discharge. they should not balance bill above eob amounts. if you're unemployed and accidentally pay the full bill before you get your eob statement in good faith, this billing company will jerk you around trying to get your refund. I've sent copies of my eob 3 times to 3 different "sections" and also got my insurance company involved trying to get my overpayment back. and now they're doing the sa... read more
What else can happen.. nis my mother in law is in the hosital.
Hubby Bob was in emergency after a bad fall playing racquetball when he hit his head on the wall. He was in ICU for 2 days and the nurses and all were Super, attentive, caring, kind, quickly responsive. One nurse even offered me water or juice or what did I need. They took 3 Catscans before he left - appreciate their thoroughness... and care.
admitted for pain control of a broken foot. not we'll managed. placed in a temporary bed in the middle of a bright loud hallway for 6 hours and counting....unable to get any rest doesn't improve my condition or comfort in any way. staff is friendly enough, but worst admission experience I've ever dealt with
The check in was good and the waiting time was ok. The nurses that work in the ER were nice and caring. The physician that saw me was nice, caring and polite.

Not very organized, no one knows what they doing , trash every where , waiting forever I been most of hospital in vegas never experienced like this hospital
