In the past I went to Mountain View because I hurt my shoulder. They did an x-ray told me my bone was bruised. Three months later still in pain, Doc did another x-ray the ball in my shoulder was broken in half. I’m not sure how you make such a Blanton mistake. Two surgeries later, two years apart, unforgivable!

When someone has a serious condition; and sits in the hallway in the ED for 3 days, does not a quality Hospital make.
Please discharge your patients that are incontinent with an adult brief. NOT just a hospital gown so that while said patient is in transport has an accident. This is not dignified.
My friend came here and they treated her rudely, understaffed, and unclean. Also did not listen to the patient at all.
Here we go with yet another terrible experience at this hospital. Nearly five hours waiting in the ER after being admitted waiting for a room. They won’t let us back to see our loved one. Staff won’t give us any updates. Staff won’t even answer any questions about transferring to a hospital that does have rooms available. Has patient care gotten this bad?
