Get directionsI was so Impressed on so many levels with my admission to the ED two days ago. First of all, everyone from the door greater to the intake, triage nurse leader (Amanda? Sorry, I was so sick), Nurse Practitioner, my RN Allison and Both Doctors, even the transporter were so professional. I am proud to say as an RN and Nurse leader, bravo! The staffing under the conditions in the Valley at the moment was amazing. That is one well organized and happy unit and it is massive. My family and I have been treated, born and died at Moun... read more

I try not to leave negative comments during this pandemic because I understand things are not normal. 1st I’m not a fan of this particular hospitals staffs ability to retain information. This visit 9/28 I went in specifically for a lupus flare, I only go if it’s an emergency like I can’t walk, fever or visible swelling. I was told by multiple doctors and nurses they were going to admit me for my already known and maintained condition of pulmonary hypertension, not what I came for. I sat in the back waiting room for approxima... read more

I entered mountain view ER via ambulance, I was experiencing debilitating pain in the lower right abdominal quadrant. I explained to the staff the only way to mediate the pain was to lie prone, instead I was put in a wheelchair which aggravated the pain even though there were many empty gurneys laying about. ER staff was extraordinarily cold while they laughed and joked amongst each other and ignored patients. Not a thing was administered for pain. eventually an EKG was given and an elevated heart enzyme was found, I was adm... read more
they don't listen to the patient. and when you ask for a patient advocate your told no. can't reach risk management nor the top of the line supervisor any supervisor for that matter. we have rights as patients but staff don't think so.
I need to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff at MountainView. They were super friendly, personable and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire surgical experience. I am so pleased with how efficient they are and each and every person I interacted with made sure I was informed and were so friendly and fun. They were extremely attentive and did not make me feel like a burden if I needed anything, nor did they make me feel like any of my questions were irrational or stupid. I would highly recommend them if you need hospita... read more
i want to thank everybody at mountain view hospital recently i was treated for covid19 and when i got in i was in really bad shape i didnt think i was gonna make it so thank you very much and God bless and keep you healthy to all the front line staff that been working so hard to keep everybody alive. from this pandemic GOD BLESS YOU ALL
the biggest improvement mountain view could implement would be to care about their patients. if you value your life I would highly recommend seeking care elsewhere. since covid all they care about are covid patients. the gross negligence that occurs is killing those who seek treatment.
