Went into the E.R with my 4 yr old son, he had a high fever and stomach pain. Waiting room wasn't very full and yet I sat and waited to be called for 30mins, desperate I go and ask the front desk what the wait time was and her response " We don't give out wait times" not only was she rude, she wasn't in the mood to attend me, never have I been to a hospital and given that response! this is the worst hospital I ever been to I go into labor they stop labor want to discharge me knowing I have no transportation I cant reach a patiant advocate . they false advertisements about accomidation of your spouse will only be a blanket and or pillow no food nothing else . they will not do there own testing they will go off old records or other hospital records . Mountain View wound care...OMG I LOVE THE DOCTORS & the entire staff...I’ve been going there for over a month for wound care after my plastic surgery...THEY ARE THE BEST...see you guy’s on Tuesday😘😘😘😘
I have never been treated by many doctors through ICU as bad as I have this last week. The nurses in the ICU unit are this hospitals saving grace but I will not return, I will stick to centennial hills hospital where they treat you like a human being
Mountain View Hospital has an excellent staff of professional nurses and doctors who have taken care of my mother numerous times! All of them are very friendly and provide just about every service available in the medical field including recovery and rehabilitation.
Thank you to all the nurses and doctors in ER for taking care of me today. All of you are the very best!
