Went to Mountain View Hospitals Wound Care department for the first time in my life. The staff and providers are so wonderful and caring each time I go in for treatment. From the receptionist who is so bubbly and helpful, the nurses who truly care and treat you like family, the Director Diana who was busy but said hello and asked if all went well, and last but not least (by any means) my provider April who is top notch. I love this hospital and there staff, every time I come here or I am admitted the doctors and the nurses are wonderful. This is by far my choice hospital to go to.And today's visit was no different keep up the great work
Worst hospital I’ve ever been too. My husband is currently getting seen in the ER they are busy yes but I just watched a nurse cut corners and tell another patient she was getting admitted and all the stuff they were going to do just to find out it wasn’t the correct patient. Verify the patient identifiers Full name/ DOB not VTA chair. I was just released from Mountain View after 7 days after a re-infecting my problem leg. And they did something in 6 days that two others couldn't do In to weeks, got me back on my feet and back home to my family. They were professionals in every way. The staff treated me with not only respect but treated me like I was a friend in need. Everyone from the R.N's, to the Room service staff, Doctors, to the assistance helping get me to my testing.
