I don't know what happened to this hospital?! I went in with a 104.6 fever and the check-in nurse said that's NOT a fever and I was so in and out of it that I kept dozing off so she slaps my right hand and says wake up. Well that day I was admitted and my appendix was inflammed and had to be removed and was discharged the same day. If there is a real medical emergency please go to UMC!
The discharge person don't know her job I was told my friend was being discharged I go there to pick her up & still had to wait over an hour extremely disappointed with the customer care not only that but why other people had to look for the discharge lady & she had 3 more people on that floor waiting on her very unprofessional
The new streamlined system for the patient check in process they put in place is so efficient. The ER waiting room was immaculate. Evident is that they put emphasis on clean, sanitary, and professional care both for the patient, as well as any family member. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The diagnosis was on point. True professionals. Refreshing to see. Definitely our go-to ER. Highly recommend!!
I loved mountian view I am a previous cancer patient as I have only been to the St.Rose campuses. At Mountain View. I was treated with love kindness compassion very caring staff. It made the unexpected stay a wonderful experience. And my Dr.s are great ♡
