RecommendedThe management here treats people better than anywhere I have ever lived. Maintenance takes care of work order very quickly. It has been so peaceful here and I highly recommend.
Love our new apartment. The staff in the office are extremely helpful and the community is beautiful and very safe. Our favorite part of Knoxville.

Mountain View is definitely a nice place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you have any maintenance issues, they will accommodate your requests as soon as possible. I truly recommend living at Mountain View!
I lived here for two years. Under the first management (Ann) things were great. They helped me move when I needed a place ASAP. My second year things weren’t good. The management changed twice in that year. The community began to get run down, neighbors would leave trash for you to walk by, and the pool never had any pool chairs. The last two months we had no AC. They put portable units in and it helped cool our apartment to 80-82 degrees daily. I’ve been living here for 6 months now. The place is quiet and wonderful. The staff is also more than helpful and kind. The maintenance staff have never been late or remiss in their duties whenever needed for maintenance. Cristina, the new manager, and Rebekah, her assistant, are truly making the property more beautiful.
Cristina is the property manager and she is wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.
