Rebuild that dump. The apartment manager is a slum lord especially from 2018 to 2019 ac had problems they never fixed it put in work orders just for them to do half assed work. Mold that has been painted over
I'm not kidding in the past three months three people got their cars stolen and one got raped. When I went there to talk about it they said "It is not our obligation to provide security", so as you can see they do not care if you are raped I've been trying to fix my unit for three months now becuase the floor is crooked and the AC does not work. As I write this message I'm freezing.
Do not live here! Maintenance is horrible and staff is not friendly. They are also never in the office or available. We have black mold in our apartment, and they have done nothing about it. The ceiling fell in one of the bedrooms from the water damage and the damaged Sheetrock was covered in black mold. They left it this way for over a week before fixing the sheet rock. They did nothing about the black mold, so I am hiring an attorney.
Just don’t live here.
Love the view and location but maintenance is a drag I’ve been without air for 2 weeks and a half and have had zero progress updates on when it will be fixed, running my washing machine caused a leak in the apartment below me so I haven’t been able to do by laundry choose carefully before coming here
I really love the location and the view at this apartment, but the maintenance issues have made living here unbearable. I've had two fridges go out and lost all of groceries twice. Leaks and mold have also been a major problem. The maintenance staff is unreliable about returning my phone calls or actually fixing the issues I report.
