This was our first tine working with a home inspector, and Allen was professional, friendly, and thorough. He reviewed the report with us before leaving the home, and walked us around the entire unit to point out what needed attention and why. The report was clear and gave provided the same advice he gave us when we walked through so that we could refer to it when we needed to address changes we asked the seller to address, as well as smaller issues we could handle ourselves. We were happy and satisfied with this service.
I've had two inspections from MTS. The first saved me from buying a house that wasn't all it appeared to be; the second showed me that the house I'd fallen in love with was a sound investment. Lori, who works in the office, and Kellen, the inspector I worked with, were both courteous, professional, and great to work with. The reports I received were thorough and easy to understand. Inspector showed up early and was already taking pictures of the exterior when we arrived. He did a thorough job and kept us informed as he went along. His report was thorough and was available within an hour of him completing the inspection.
The inspection tech arrived promptly and let me know what he would be doing and addressed any concerns I had about the inspection process and any issues with my home. He was knowledgeable of questions I had about warranty concerns and proceeded to do a very thoural inspection analysis. I would recommend their inspection to anyone requiring this service.

Kelen was halfway through inspection before I arrived. He stopped and showed me a few key points so I could view them myself. When he was crawling under the home he shone his flashlight around so the kids could see without getting dirty! His summary was all ready for me to view when he was completed - he thoughtfully explained all minor and major repairs and was fantastic!
