Brandon was very thorough, professional, and comfortable to work with. As a real estate agent whose husband has an extensive background in construction it's clear he is very knowledgeable about each step of the process. He came well prepared with an organized system that made the whole inspection smooth and easy. The buyers were very pleased with his explanation of every detail and went away feeling much more comfortable and knowledgeable about the process of buying an older house. I highly recommend him to everyone!

He performed an in depth evaluation of the property then took the time to explain what the report entailed as well as what we needed to do to address any concerns that were found on the property.
