RecommendedExcellent customer service and very professional staff. Our inspector Allen was very professional and very considerate of the fact that I had a toddler sleeping in the bedroom. He moved quietly and was very meticulous. I would highly recommend Mountains to Sound home Inspection to family and friends.
Seeing as the appointment was set up by our real store, I only had minimal experience with customer service. They however were very good with sending what docs were needed to be filled out to us quickly. The turn around to have the inspection done was tight and they made it happen. The inspector was very thorough and explained the report in detail to us. He was very polite and answered our questions with with ease. Our inspector did a thorough job of the specific areas we needed to be inspected. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Great job talking to us and dealing with our specific concerns. Tailoring the inspection to us instead of doing specified things. Yes, all the main vital things were verified, but didn't waste time on things we didn't want. And they did check some extra things that we were concerned about.

Very professional, quick turnaround time for report
The entire team at Mountains to Sound Home Inspection is amazing! From the inspectors to the office staff, they always go above and beyond! My favorite thing is having the report in my email usually before I leave the property! Not to mention that the report is prioritized by the defect found.
