Extremely slow and unprofessional service. The entire experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. Repairs that should have taken a reasonable amount of time dragged on for weeks with very little progress or communication. Communication with customers was extremely disappointing, and getting clear updates on the status of repairs was unnecessarily difficult. If I could I will give this place more stars then 5. Service manager Mike and Chelsea service adviser and master mechanic are outstanding ,very professional people. This service is absolutely exceptional. The technician was able to identify the exact fault in a short time. They also got the spare part in a short time. And the biggest extra step was the suggestion that the mechanic was willing to stay afterhours so that he could finish the work and our truck was drivable that same day.
