Professional service, friendly staff!
Poor service by so called agent demonstrating lack of knowledge relative to simple insurance policies and needed changes. Not helpful at all, considering the many years we have been clients. It took 2 months to resolve our insurance issues.. we finally had to switch to another company. So for our final visit on December 27 to clarify our questions, we were told by Racael as we walked toward her desk, "You're here again"... Very mediocre service.
