Was sent a collection bill over $70. We had paid in full (so I thought) until months later with zero communication I get this garbage? If they can't handle billing how can they handle the operating room. Overseas operator could barely communicate when I called in and it just gets better from there.
The Worst!!! I was sent a bill several months after my procedure. I called several times to pay my bill. They said, They had no record of me or thier system wasn't working. I was finally able to pay what they said I owed them. But then Then added intrest to the bill they failed to send me and then would not let me pay. Now they say I owe them more money because they are incompetent. The Worst ever!!! I hope no one else has to work with these fools
Dr.Anderson is the very best in his field!He put me to sleep,intubated me ,extubated me & made sure that I was taken to the PACU to be watched over by the nurse on duty!He was the very best anesthesologist for Dr.Aucoin as well!Am recommending him to those who ask!
I paid for my surgery up front in december. September of the next year , apprx 10 months later, I get a notification from collections that I have a anesthesia admin bill from august that has not been paid. They will not give any documents on what the extra fees were, no itemized invoice. Their reason why they sent me to collections is because they sent one letter by mail..... 9 months after the procedure, and I didnt pay it then. Their billing department is the worst!!! They received an overpayment because they were threatening finance charges because they had not received payment within 30 days from my HSA which had sent a mailed check. Now to get the overpayment returned it will take their company 60-90 days to send a mailed check back to me??? Where in this world does it take 60-90 days to mail a check and how much of a reverse finance charge should that incur? Wish I had had a choice in choosing which anesthesia company I would have for my surger... read more
